During our informal education programs participants will get an up close and hands-on look at some of our fascinating animals and learn about them through interactive games and activities. Groups will have a chance to touch at least one animal during experience. (Dependent on audience size)

$250 for multiple programs on the same day (this program pricing discount is offered for those who need more than one program a day)
Kindergarten and up - Group maximum is 50 participants
(includes all children and adults)
Preschool-aged - Group maximum of 30 participants
* a fee will be applied for any groups exceeding the 50 person maximum (per program)
*We are located in Oakdale, MN. Additional travel fees may apply for programs farther than 25 miles from Oakdale, MN.
*If booking multiple programs, we encourage them to be scheduled in back-to-back time frames.

Learn some of the main differences and similarities between reptiles and amphibians and what makes them unique. Get to meet some different types of scaly & slimy critters and unveil some truths and myths about them.

Choose up to 5 animals from our website to come for a visit! Creature Features educators will share fun facts about each animal as you meet them. You will have a chance to touch at least one animal during the experience. Keep in mind that not all our animals can do an outdoor program.

Get familiar with the animal groupings of mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians by meeting some real live animals. Learn why each of these groups is categorized in a different way.

What is an adaptation? Get the answer to that question by discovering some awesome ways animals survive in their natural environments. Meet some live animals that all have different adaptations.

Our small group programs are designed so that participants have the opportunity for gaining animal handling skills with a unique hands on experience. These programs are perfect for a family gathering, birthday party, or small event.
